Terms of use

Last updated 30 October 2026. By downloading or using NotchOne you agree to these terms.

Using NotchOne

NotchOne is free to use on your own devices. It stays the property of its authors. You may not sell it, redistribute modified copies or present it as your own work.

Donations

Support through GitHub Sponsors is voluntary. It doesn't buy features, support or any other right, and it's handled by GitHub.

No warranty

NotchOne is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It may not work on every Mac or macOS version, and a macOS update can stop a feature from working. Some features rely on parts of macOS that aren't public.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the authors aren't liable for any damage from using NotchOne, including missed notifications, lost notes or clipboard contents, or system issues.

Third parties

Weather comes from Open-Meteo. Apple, Mac, MacBook, AirPods and Spotify are trademarks of their owners. NotchOne isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Changes

These terms can change with new versions. The current version is always on this page. Questions: write to us.
